Program-led • research-grounded
Confidence is not a personality trait. It’s an environment.
Slay All Day is a research-backed initiative that supports Black girls’ confidence, voice, and emotional wellbeing through classroom-ready tools, family resources, and implementation support for schools and community partners.
What we address
Black girls are too often held to different standards of behavior, emotion, and “professionalism” early. Slay All Day shifts the focus from fixing girls to strengthening the environments around them.
How we work
We combine practical tools (classroom + home) with a clear implementation model partners can adopt, measure, and expand without reinventing the wheel.
